At Northern Lil' Angels, we strive to make Picture Day a seamless and enjoyable experience for directors, parents, and children alike. Here's a comprehensive guide to our process:

Parents: What to Expect

At Northern Lil' Angels, we aim to make Picture Day a delightful experience for you and your child.

Here's what to expect:

    Pricing

        Prints and packages start at $18. Digital images are also available with a copyright release. Additional product options include photo-based charms, keychains, totes, mugs, T-shirts, and more.

    Before Picture Day

        Attire and Appearance: Dress your child in your preferred outfit and style their hair before arriving at school. The selected backdrop will be displayed on posters at your child's school for reference. If Picture Day spans multiple days, please confirm your child's scheduled day with the school.

    During Picture Day

        Photography Session: Your child will be photographed with their classmates. Siblings are photographed together and individually on the younger sibling's scheduled day unless otherwise specified. Classrooms are typically photographed from youngest to oldest.

    After Picture Day

        Viewing and Ordering: Once images are uploaded online, you'll receive an email with a link to view and order, provided your school has shared parent emails with us. Physical proofs with login codes may also be available at your school. All orders are placed online. To enjoy free shipping to the school, please order by the specified due date. Orders placed after this date will be shipped directly to your home and will incur a $10 shipping fee.

    Before Picture Day

        Preparation Materials: Approximately 1-2 weeks prior to Picture Day, we will provide you with posters and reminders detailing the upcoming photoshoot. Please display these materials promptly in prominent areas to inform and remind parents.


        Digital Communication: We will email you a PDF of the Picture Day schedule, including the selected background, which you can forward to families and share on your social media platforms.


        Class Rosters: Before our arrival, please prepare a roster for each class, noting any siblings to ensure they are photographed together. Providing parent email addresses will facilitate the distribution of photo gallery links.

    During Picture Day

        Professional Team: Our team, including photographers and assistants, will arrive about 30 minutes early to set up and prepare to manage the photoshoot efficiently. We’ll also go over any special instructions with you. We are trained to create a fun and comfortable environment, ensuring each child feels at ease during their session


        Scheduling: We typically photograph classrooms from youngest to oldest. Siblings are photographed together on the younger sibling's scheduled day unless otherwise specified.

    After Picture Day

        Gallery Access: Within 7-10 days post-photoshoot, parents will receive an email with a link to a private, password-protected gallery containing fully edited images for viewing and purchasing.



        Ordering and Delivery: Parents can place orders online. Orders placed before the specified due date qualify for free shipping to the school. Late orders will incur a shipping fee and be sent directly to the parent's home.



        Reminders: We will provide reminder emails for you to forward to families and share on social media, encouraging timely orders.
